Alcohol is a significant public health issue in Nottingham City, with higher rates of dependency and alcohol-related harm compared to the national average. Support is available through the Nottingham Recovery Network (NRN), which offers confidential, free services for those struggling with alcohol misuse. Residents can access the service through a drop-in assessment at the Nottingham Wellbeing Hub, by calling a helpline, or through a self-referral on the NRN website.
